How are my items shipped?
All purchases from wearmedley.com are shipped via USPS 2-day Priority Mail
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt and Medley, LLC will arrange to have the item sent back at no charge. The item will be replaced as quickly as possible. If replacement is unavailable, purchase will be refunded to the credit card provided on the original order.
What if I want to try on merchandise before i purchase them?
We have started offering in-home shopping experiences!! Simply email the Medley gals at email@example.com and we will set up a time for you to visit our warehouse, or even come to Y-O-U!
